아직 개봉을 하지는 않았지만, 아이가 한글판 나무집을 좋아하였기 때문에 원서로도 잘 읽을 것 같아서 구매하게 되었습니다. 쉬운 수준으로 되어있고 영어를 잘 몰라도 할 수 있는 내용이라고 하니 이번 방학때 시간 많을 때 아이들에게 재미삼아 읽어보라고 줄 예정입니다. 가격도 저렴하여 마음에 듭니다. 책은 우리나라 책보다는 종이질이나 인쇄 등이 좋지는 않습니다. 하지만 그만큼 저렴하기때문에 부담없이 사보기에 좋습니다. 아이들이 재미있어하며 열심히 읽는 모습을 상상하니 즐겁습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 외서 저렴한 가격에 많이 선보였으면 합니다. 13층 나무집 시리즈 4종세트는 만족스럽습니다.

글을 쓰고 그림을 그릴라치면 계속해서 모험거리(?)가 생겨납니다. 알에서 깨어난 ‘인어 아가씨(실은 바다 괴물이다!)’에게 잡아먹힐 뻔하고, 원숭이 무리에게 공격당하고, 거대 고릴라에게 쫓기기도 합니다. 거대 고릴라의 위협이 극에 달한 순간, ‘고나리아(고양이+카나리아)’가 되어 날아갔던 실키가 다른 고나리아들을 데려와 앤디와 테리를 도와줍니다. 질은 마침 새를 키우고 싶었는데 실키가 새 겸 고양이가 되었다며 무척 고마워합니다. 마침내, 앤디와 테리는 자신들이 겪은 일을 써서 원고를 완성해 큰코 씨에게 전해 줍니다.
